This card allows you to get rid of cards that your opponent could use against you. Add that to the Dragon type (which has Dragon's Spire and Dragon Fury) and the high ATK, and you have a solid 4/5. Peace!

A bit of neat trivia, this was originally going to be a card called Magma Dragon; an effectless Level-2 2600/2000.
I have no idea what made me think of Lightning, but when I started drawing the card and it turned out this good, I thought "There's no way I'm not making this card amazing."
It follows in the footsteps of the hand-messing Thunderstorm Element, and does it well. If Shmod had a Metagame, this card would be in it. 4.5/5.
