Combo Cards needed: Buster Mining, Buster Alchemy, 2 random MetaDragons.
 
This card combo is pretty self-explanatory; get a Level 3 or higher MetaDragon in your Grave, and the two Buster cards and a greater Meta in your hand. Discard the larger MetaDragon for the one in your Grave, then use Buster Alchemy to play [Alchemy Seal], which bolsters the effect of many MetaDragons. For 3 Mana, you get two cards; the MetaDragon from your Grave and [Alchemy Seal] from your Deck.

Not the easiest combo to pull off. Takes three Mana, two specific Spells and then two specific-category monsters of very specific levels.
Also, it uses cards that aren't in any Spoiler List yet, so no one knows what you're talking about.

Mining was in Evolutionary Strategies with Steel Lung.
