Glad to see you're having fun with the Siren theme and Tsunami dragon, and it's good to see such a creature as Tsunami Rider.
And slash of lightning? EPIC! that picture looks cool, especially with that stony texture on the Chimera. I see it going good with Armour of Lightning of Inverse Chimerism Potion. I'm just concerned now about how to do Dark Flare Stream.

As for Lost Prophecy, it's a nice card for an Element deck. Interesting; I thought it was implied that (C) monsters had to be played properly.
