What is Shmod?I just found this place using StumbleUpon, but what is this place? I see it's about a card game, right? Anyone want to tell me about it? |

No problem. Shmod's a VGC - virtual card game. It's based half on Yugioh, half on Magic: The Gathering and half on Duel Masters.
I made the forum to try to increase the amount of people who play it, and using Stumbleupon seems to have worked. Huzzah! If you're actually just interested in card games like poker and blackjack, I recommend you turn back... but if it's more of the Trading Card Game variety you prefer, Shmod's a decent one. If you have any other questions, ask away. |

Re: Que-ce que c'est Shmod.You play it on a website known as LackeyCCG.com. You upload the program, then the latest plugin, and you can play online. BTW, welcome to Shmod. |

Er... no. You download LackeyCCG and install the Shmod plugin - which is posted in this forum. Then, with a bit of IP Address exchanging and entering, you can hopefully connect to and battle your friends. Or anyone on the forums. |

Well, it originally had cards, but nowadays the game's really only played online.
You can see most of 'em here - or by using LackeyCCG with the plugin - and there's a rules slideshow in the Help forum, I believe. |

Well, I haven't played Munchkin - so I'd say they're very similar to a cross of Duel Masters and Yugioh. And, heck, 'interesting' beats 'bad'.

You'll need two things: LackeyCCG, which can be downloaded at www.lackeyccg.com and the Shmod Plugin for Lackey, for which there's a sticky in the News Forum.
