UPDATE!
This is pretty big; [Tetra Frog], [Tetra Ninja] and [Tetra Dragon] were all way too powerful.
Thus: Tetra Dragon is now Level 5. Tetra Ninja and Tetra Frog have had their original ATK reduced by 100, and their ATK bonus if you tap Fire/Water respectively has been lowered to 500.
Never again shall Shmod have a Level 4 fully-immune monster or two Level 2 3200-ATK monsters.

Possible idea for the Tetra monsters... what if they only gained their effects if a specific Element (aka, Fire Element, Water Element, etc.) was tapped instead of the Type? I figure the specificness would make it so that they could return to Levels 4, 2 and 2, respectively.

I agree. This allows Tetra Dragon to be powerful and balanced at once, and same with the others. I vote in favour of that.

Okay, I don't know when Mustang dragon was made, but it looks too much like Palkia from Pokemon: Pearl. Not that I don't like it or anything, it's just that if we ever do try to sell the game, we'd risk copyright infringements. Which reminds me. [Dattu] and [Silvarian] need to be pulled from the game because of those reasons. [Dattu] is from the Seven Towers series, and if I ever want to finish and publish my book, the [Silvarian] also need to be pulled.

Mustang Dragon really doesn't look anything like Palkia. At least, not enough that we'd have to worry about copyright infringement.
As for your cards, I never made Dattu or Silvarian in card format. Even so, why would you sue us?

Riiight...
I'm gonna go ahead and change Tetra Dragon, Ninja and Frog. Hey, this also fixes Tetra Hatchling's brokenness. Alright!
EDIT: Actually, I'm also going to switch Ninja's EARTH effect with Frog's STORM effect. Frogs are more Earth/Water than Storm/Water.
