Card #9 - Post-Apocalyptic Dragon - Bluude

5d (Level Five) Post-Apocalyptic Dragon - Bluude (Dark)
Category: Dragon
Effect: This card's ATK becomes the number of your Dark Mana cards x1000.
ATK: ?
DEF: 1000
Creator: Greg

Greg's first card on the review! Be nice.
Naardaas

I cannot thank you enough, Eric. It means oh so much to me. But enough of the melodramatic dribble. The card takes a while to play, unless you speed up your Mana. However, its ability to overpower most enemies, coupled with the power to be immune, is awesome. Prejudice aside, 3.5/5.

It's my pleasure, Greg. Always happy to see a happy Shmodder.

Bluude suffers from one of the things that many of my cards suffer from - the youth of Shmod. There are a mere Six nonfusion Dark monsters in Shmod thus far, including Bluude itself.

Methinks the best way to use it would be in a monoDark deck, using Pairogeist and Jack of the Lantern. Or perhaps in an Element Fusion hybrid with Shadow Element and its better Fusion parters.

Shmod is also a game of low hands - one begins with six, and is likely to play two per turn. That means that they'll run out with around 4 Mana, which makes Bluude a poor investment at 4000 ATK for 5. Still, as the game continues, Bluude will grow in strength. 2.5/5 for now.

Well, I suppose a new statement needs to me made now. Since you rewrote the rules the players both start with 8 cards including a draw, meaning they run out after maybe 6 cards. 6000 ATK. Plus, since this guy's part dragon he can benefit from Dragon Fury. Since the situation has altered, is it safe to say you might reconsider your vote?

*Edit: Also, the card would be considered a Dragon - Naga category, like the unfinished Naardaas. Therefore, Nightmare Blood would give it Spell/Trap Immunity.
Aarikku

I was assuming they'd play a card every turn, as well as charging a Mana.
Naardaas

No. I mean you changed the rules so that both players start with 2 more cards in hand.

EDIT: Oh, never mind. I thought I instated the 7-card hands long before this.

Still, it's a very slow card.
