This is where Shmod and Yugioh go their separate ways. In Shmod, you don't get anything for free. Back in the TCG, you can easily drop a DAD for free and do major damage, both to life and field. In Shmod, you only get what you pay for.
Take Tsunami Ritual. For 4 Mana (2 for Ritual and 2 for the Sirens), you get to play a Level 4 Monster for free. Usually, this'll be from the deck, as from the hand drains it quite a bit. HOWEVER, even then, instead of breaking even, with Ritual you'll have 3 monsters versus 1 for just playing the Dragon. Obviously, anyone playing Sirens who has 4 Mana to spare (and that's assuming you didn't already control at least 1 of the Sirens) will opt for this.
Is this the cheapest was to play Tsunami Dragon? Of course not; but it does take luck out of the equation, and it rewards big spending. And for that, it's just the type of card Shmod benefits from. 3.5/5 for allowing Sirens and Tsunami to work coherently.

Sirens are one of those themes that I made, said "Eh, they'll be fine." only to later test and say "Whoa. I have seven monsters on turn three."
Queen Rapidwave makes Sirens ridiculously easy to play. Its effect has the awesome synergy I planned with the two basic Sirens, as well as some I didn't think about with Sapphire Frog and Lord Angler. The Sirens' swarming power, combined with the themeless WATER swarm power makes controlling the two Sirens easy as pie.
Most of the time, in a well-built Siren deck, there IS no condition to playing this card. It just brings out a Tsunami Dragon for 2 Mana. And that's fantastic. I had thought it was more of a card that I didn't pay much attention to before moving on, but I should've paid more. Tsunami Ritual is bloody awesome. 4/5.
