Hoaky, seeing as nobody's responded to this yet, guess I'll review it.
The Fox archetye is based upon 2 things: Generating Mana Tokens, and Manipulating those Tokens. Golden Fox and Arctic Fox just create them, and Fennec, Grey and Red Foxes just use them. There are also several supports devoted to this; a Spell for creating, and 2 Spells and a Trap for using.
But Nine-Tailed Fox does both; it generates a new Token every time a monster dies, and each time it does it gets stronger. 2700 ATK isn't much, but it can easily reach 3500 on its own given a few turns.
However, given it costs 3 for 2700 ATK and takes its Tokens with it when destroyed, it's far from broken. Power does come at a price.
Good card or bad card? Answer: Both. It's strong, yet balanced. For that, I give it 3.5/5.

Being probably the only person to actually test a Fox deck, I imagine I know quite a bit about this card.
The Fox deck is actually a fairly good deck. Golden Fox was bloody broken as all hell before its text change (now it's fine). Blazing Fox is a nice beatstick if you play it... pretty crappy if you Charge it, actually. Arctic Fox has an awesome effect balanced by low stats. Red Fox, Grey Fox and Fennec Fox were created after my testing, but they'd help considerably. The Spells and Traps are some neat tricks, but none are essential.
So where does that leave Nine-Tailed Fox? Arctic and Gold Fox make Tokens just as easily as Nine-Tailed. The ATK boost is half that of Tails of Fury. Nine-Tailed's base stats are low for its level. Its Type doesn't even help Foxes if you charge it.
I'm gonna go with 1.5/5. It's a fantastic idea, but Foxes have cards that beat it at everything it wants to do.

Man. I just realized you're right. It's the only DARK Fox there is. Think I could get it changed to a split Type?

If you did, I'd want to add a "Tap only for Foxes" restriction. And there's no space for that.

Well, I want the card to mesh better in a Fox Deck, but in Japanese mythology the Nine--Tailed Fox was a demon, so I don't want to lose the DARK thing. I'm kinda stuck.
And how come you never mentioned that to me before?

It's not really important. Fox decks don't have to Charge much, since they use the Tokens. And the Tokens let you play any type of Fox.

Then your rating of 1.5/5 is a tad odd.

The rating was based on all the other stuff. To sum up...
1) Its stats are low for its Level. That's bad.
2) The Token-creating is better done by Golden Fox, and hardly any better than Arctic Fox. Also, the Tokens die when it does.
3) The ATK boost is marginal, and much better done by Tails of Fury.

1) If its ATK was much higher, it'd be too strong. Unless you say otherwise.
2) Both Golden and Arctic have strings attached with their tokens too, and Artic takes its tokens with it too.
3) The ATK boost isn't as good agreed, but it doesn't cost 2 extra Mana; and actually, just remembered this, they'd make a great Fox Combo.

Okay, look. This is CARD REVIEW. Where people give their opinions about the card up for review. You can't just argue with the opinions of everyone who disagrees with you.
I ain't changing my rating.

And I'm not changing mine.
Oh, and I was trying to make my case. If I don't, nobody takes my opinion seriously.

Arguing against someone's opinion doesn't help yours.
