Haven't we already reviewed enough MetaDragons?
What's there to say? It's basically a Noble Dragon with Spell Immunity. I've always been wary about Mercury Dragon. It's got strong effects with absolutely no cost. I'll give it a 4/5. It's great in a deck based on itself (Fire/Metal, with a few MetaDragons), but using it in a dedicated MetaDragon deck seems completely useless, since adding Fire monsters for its effect just wastes space. And there are better MetaDragons.

That pretty much covers it. It's a Noble Dragon with Spell Immunity. In a MetaDragon deck, it'll be very below par, with likely only 2500 STK (note that the Mana has to constantly be FIRE, unlike Tetra Dragon). In a deck based around beatdowning, with Noble Dragons and possibly Boinic Dragons, it's EVIL. In its own deck, well that's pretty self-explanatory.
So, I'll agree with 4/5 for the card. Since as-of-yet it has no standing in a MetaDragon deck, it gets a group rating among them of 1/5 - it's a filler card.

Wait, WHAT? You have no problems rating the first MetaDragon a 1/5 in a MetaDragon deck? Maybe it's time for a trip back to the drawing board.
