I love it! It has above-average stats for a Cost 2, a great effect, and can easily be played via dragon spire. 4/5.

The highest ATK for a Level Two is 2600, so yeah, Bounteous Dragon's pretty high up there.
One of Tyson's star cards; a monster I unintentionally based on Smaug from the cover of The Hobbit, is a very nice card. A solid choice for FIRE decks, or better yet, Dragon-based FIRE decks, like Tyson's.
4/5 seems like a good number.
