Yae, Kevin's frog deck has been designed and added to my Lackey, but since no one actually downloaded the last plugin, and no one's completed an entire game of online Shmod, I don't really see a reason to keep updating them. Instead, I'll focus on the physical game and the Shmod Saga.
Frog Pond's changed slightly since Kevin used it in the Saga. Now, it costs 2 unless you control a Frog. That's harder to do than a Tadpole, considering the main way to evolve a Tadpole is through Frog Pond. Believe you me, this card deserves its Level 2 status. Basically, a Frog deck works by summoning various Tadpoles for 1 Mana and instantly evolving them into Level 2 or 3 Frogs. It's blazingly fast and incredibly simple.
The frog deck would be nowhere without Frog Pond, so I grant it a 4.5/5.
