(Female Voice) Very interesting. Tetra Dragon was reviewed first and did well. Now, here's a card tha maked it easier to play. (Male Voice) It guarantees that it has only 1 of the effects, since it had no colourless effect, but this chick still proves great. (Both Voices) 3.5/5.

Actually, you can use any Mana to pay for Colourless, so it's 0 to 2 effects.

Oh, right. I forgot to review. Lessee...
Tiny Dragons, like Tetra Hatchling and Heir Dragonling are amazing for one main reason: Dragons' Spire. Tribute a high-level Dragon to search out a couple baby dragons, then use their effects to grow them up into monstrosities.
Tetra Hatchling's much slower than Heir Dragonling. You can't use the effect on turn one, unless you pull off some crazy combo. However, it can easily bring out a 4000-ATK monster with Immunity to Spells by turn 2. I may have to nerf this at some point, but I'll leave stuff like that until people actually play this game.
So, 4.5/5. Almost, or perhaps just is, way too powerful. Only time will tell.
