A Couple Simple Frog Combos 
Combo 1: [Spectre Tadpole] + [Orange-Striped Tadpole]
This is a good way to stall until you can draw [Frog Pond]. Use [Orange-Striped Tadpole] to redirect an attack at [Spectre Tadpole], where it will be negated.
 
Combo 2: [Fire-Bellied Toad] + [Croaking Chorus]
This is arguably more just playing [Croaking Chorus] than an actual combo. Use [Croaking Chorus] to increase the firepower of your toad.
 
Combo 3: [Sapphire Frog] + [Frog Pond]
In the Shmod Saga, [Frog Pond] could be played for 1 Mana if you controlled a Tadpole OR Frog. But in the real game, it takes a full frog. [Sapphire Frog] is perfect for this, because it's Level One and can search another copy of itself to the field if your opponent attacks. Pull off this combo, and by turn two, you could have [Sapphire Frog], [Frog Pond] and a Transformed Frog!

Hmm... interesting. Combo One seems to work well, but only for one attack. If they attack again, you're screwed unless you have more Spectres. And it's not hard to get two attackers at once. It is, however, accelerated by the ability to use Sapphire Frog with Spectre for summoning.
Combo two is actually a combo, because now you can use both Toads' effects. That may make it [Fire-Bellied Toad] + [Fire-Bellied Toad], but either way it works.
The best combo is the last one, because unless your opponent summons Deus ex Machina Dragon or Omega Ninth Dragon, they'll probably get 2 or less attacks (cerberus/Cerebus).

It's Cerberus now. And I'm pretty sure there's only... three-ish ways to play Omega Ninth Dragon; none of which can be done first turn.

So that basically leaves Deus ex Machina, which would require 4 specific cards, 3 of which are the same. So, like I said, Combo 3 is the best.
