...Really? We have to review Revival Stone?

It costs more than the Type Revival cards, though doesn't have any annoying additional cost and can revive opponent's monsters. So use it. 4.9/5.

In several previous reviews, Aarikku and I have disagreed about whether given cards are Staples. According to Aarikku, cards like Yoink! and Whirlwind are not staples, even if they are good to have. However, I'm certain we can agree Revival Stone is a Staple card.

This card and Gold Rain (which currently doesn't exist) are currently the only cards that can revive opposing monsters. Those two and Evoke the Shadows are the only cards which revive regardless of type (even though Evoke wipes its categories). And extra Mana gets you costless revival. It doesn't get better.

I'll agree with 4.9/5, since it really can't win a game itself, but it IS a staple.
