Technically, if you count the Trophies as individual cards, it's #56. But since they're so similar, your comment is valid.
I know Aarikku hates it when I reference Yugioh, but in this case I feel I have to. In that game, there are several cards with the "swing away" effect - Asura Priest, E-HERO Wildedge, etc. This card basically turns your Emperor into a Swinger (no, that's not a sexual innuendo). The Emperor monsters - Kinogaeru, ROBO, De Luxe, etc., are powerful monsters that can deliver a beating on their own. Allowing them to attack all opposing monsters AND switch defendes to offense is completely COOL. And for Two Mana, it's a bargain.
That being said, all Emperors are Cost 4. That means you'll either have to wait 'till turn 6 to play both, play the monster with an effect, or play the cards during different turns. Plus, if your opponent has a stronger monster, you're SOL. But still, a Great card.
A 4/5 from me. Not broken, but still powerful. _________________ The seal on my existence is broken. My great dragon has arrived as pinnacle strength. And I have the last thing I need to exact revenge on those who banished me. I have the power over chaos, over life and death. The power of Drahondes.

Your review didn't actually have anything to do with Yugioh. I'm confused.
Anydangway, it's hard to review this card. The way to use it is in a Snail, Frog, Panda, Fire (better yet, Fire girl), Machine or Food deck. Specifically one based on the corresponding Emperor. The Emperors are bloody brilliant cards, so there's no "Aw, man. I guess I HAVE to use Kinogaeru in my frog deck."
It's a hard card to rate. People can play a lot of monsters in one turn, and they'll likely be defending once you've played an Emperor. I'll give it a 3/5. The main problem with it is that it relies on a specific card in your deck (maybe four, counting multiples). You won't want to max out on Strike, but a copy or two could save your skin against a swarm deck.
Also, it's a flashy victory.
