Holy S**t. Besides the fact that this card has a fairly difficult activation requirement, it is completely devestating once used. Especially since your opponent will be wide open to 5+ attacks and also lose cards thay could have helped them. 4.5/5
BTW, you said Level 4 but the card says Level 2. _________________ The seal on my existence is broken. My great dragon has arrived as pinnacle strength. My bad. I was typing a lot of 'four's while posting that.
Anywho, Four-Point Attack is surprisingly easy to play - especially thanks to Teleportation Code. Since the highest level of any basic Virtual monster is Masumaru's 2, and their effects which make summoning them simple, you'll have no trouble playing them once you get them into your hand.
And if you can't activate Four-Point Attack, just use it as Mana! Its Virtual category means that it counts as Fire Mana for Leric, Water for Squwee, Storm for Masumaru and Earth for Isis.
I'd say use 1 or 2 in a dedicated Virtual deck, but certainly no more. 4/5.
